Amazon Orders Products purchased through Amazon.ca are fulfilled directly by Amazon in accordance with the shipping options, delivery timelines, and prices displayed on the Amazon product page. Packaging, tracking, customer service, returns, and refunds are handled by Amazon through its logistics network.
For questions related to Amazon orders, customers should contact Amazon Customer Support via their Amazon account.
ADK Trade Liquidation Programs (Local Delivery – Edmonton Area) Products sold directly by ADK Trade under our Liquidation Programs (clearance or liquidation-priced items) are delivered locally within the Edmonton area using fixed delivery rates:



  • CAD 10 — South Edmonton
  • CAD 20 — Central, West, and East Edmonton
  • CAD 30 — North Edmonton
  • CAD 1 per km additionally to flat rate above — for addresses outside Edmonton but within a 30 km radius.

These rates apply only to orders where each side of the package does not exceed 100 cm (approximately 40 inches). Larger packages may require an additional delivery fee, which will be calculated individually. Prepayment for delivery services is required and will be invoiced before dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

Amazon Orders
Returns and refunds for products purchased on Amazon.ca are governed entirely by Amazon’s Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns must be initiated through the customer’s Amazon account within the applicable return window.
ADK Trade Liquidation Programs
Products sold under ADK Trade’s Liquidation Programs are generally final sale, except where:
  • The item is defective, or
  • The item does not function as described
In such cases, refunds or replacements may be issued subject to inspection and approval by ADK Trade during one year from the delivery date.
